Please see below for some tips and guidelines to ensure our work goes as smoothly as possible. If you have any questions or thoughts, please let me know. I'm here to help. 

Scheduling Work Time with Me 

Most of the time, I'm in the office, and available Monday through Friday from 9:00am until 4:00pm CST.

If you’d like to schedule a call or a work session, you can easily do this by clicking on the button below. The link can always be found in my email signature. You’ll be able to see all my available meeting times on my calendar link. When scheduling time with me, if you’re not sure how much time we might need, lean toward the side of scheduling a longer meeting.

The best way to reach me is by email ( I check my email many, many times during the day. You may not hear from me right away after sending an email, but I am monitoring it for emergencies and quick requests. You'll usually hear from me for more routine work by the end of my work day and certainly within 24 hours.

If you want to speak with me, please feel free to call me at any time during my working hours. If I can't pick up the phone at that moment, please leave a message, and I'll return your call as soon as possible. My business number is (855) 616-0065. Texters: I know some of you use text as your preferred method of communication. I have a new system in place where you can now text me and it will be added to our conversations under your client card on my CRM along with our emails back and forth. It will be much easier to track your tasks, and I'll be sure not to miss anything. When texting please be sure to send to my business number (855) 616-0065. Effective January 1, 2024, I will no longer be able to process requests that are received on my personal phone number. 

Pricing and Debit Card Information 

You may pre-purchase 1, 5, or 10 hours of work in the form of the All In Order With Carrie Virtual Debit Card. Each card expires 6 months after purchase. There are no refunds or cancellations after purchase.


Every Monday morning, I’ll send you a Weekly Debit Card Update email detailing your remaining time and expiration date. Once your debit card is depleted, work is paused until it is refilled. I’ll let you know if this happens during the week between reports. This way, you’ll always know where you stand!
